Another Trip to the shoreline. It was a ride from home to the shoreline, no automobile involved. I did about 8.45 miles in about 45 min. Average speed of 10mph, and a peak of 17.7mph. But who's counting?

All I know is I feel worked out.
Lots of heavy breathing for sure. I took a look out to see the San Mateo Bridge. Of course, the phone's camera doesn't make it out in the distance. But it's there!

Yup, those iPod earbuds are in. I was listening to Adam Curry's podcast, the "Daily Source Code" www.curry.com It was actually show 398.

Sometimes I wonder what it is about podcasts that keep me so dedicated. I mean, I could be rockin' out the the many many tunes that are on the iPod. But now that I'm addicted to listening to podcasting, I've gotta keep up with it.

If I don't I'll never stay current. Like the show I was actually listening to was done last Friday I think. You get caught up in a backlog if you don't listen enough. Trying to keep up with the latest is definatley a challenge.

Oh, and you also get a few bonus pics of one of our cats, Nicodemis. He's laid out on the chair, very comfortably. To be a creature so at peace to lounge about in such a cozy manner...Ahh, it's a hard life the cats live in our household.

If you look closely, you can spot my Dad, or more likely, the top of his head.
